Do's and Dont's Concerning Falling Hair for Women


Falling hair for women and men is a normal condition that affects us, so do not panic but do not just accept it either. Having a good hair day always keeps a positive outlook on our everyday lives that is why it is important to pay attention to our hair's condition.

When it is in good condition and in the right style, that we are comfortable with it can give us the air of confidence. We cannot be intimidated in front of our boss and do our job with less stress and we can even attract the opposite sex easily.

To keep this positive outlook using it and avoid falling hair because of damaged hair, here are the things that you should NOT do to our hair:

• Avoid tying it in a tight bun or ponytail every day. Let it loose occasionally.

• Do not brush your hair when it is wet.

• Avoid using harsh cosmetics like gel and spray on a regular basis. Using it every day will dry up your hair.

• Do not use blow dryer on your hair every day.

• Avoid using too much shampoo and conditioner.

• Do not overdo your salon habits. Chemicals in salons hair care solutions can result in hair damage.

• Do not use topical or oral treatment for hair loss without consulting your doctor first.

Now that we know what we should not do to damage our hair that may result to falling hair, the following are the things that we SHOULD DO to keep our hair healthy:

• Have a healthy lifestyle. A balanced diet and regular exercise will not only keep your body fit but as well as a healthy hair. Do not forget to drink plenty of water.

• Massage and comb your hair regularly. This will help to improve blood circulation that will help increase the flow of nutrients and oxygen from your scalp and support normal follicle function.

• Use natural remedies to supplement your hair with nutrients. Some of these are coconut oil or milk, lavender oil, olive oil, limejuice, castor oil and many other natural conditioners and moisturizers that are at home. This will help replenish the moisture and oil in dry hairs.

• Keep an emotionally healthy life. You can avert hair fall by doing away with psychological stress. Find ways to express your feelings to avoid anxiety and stress.

• Make sure that your shampoo and conditioner fits your hair type to avoid damage that might cause falling hair for women.

• Treat your hair to an occasional hair spa and professional care.

Giving extra care to your hair will not cost you much if you are dedicated in making it feel and look healthy. Maintaining a healthy hair is still the best solution to the problems of falling hair for women. Having a beautiful and radiant hair will add up to your pleasing personality and you will surely be on your way to success!
