Daikin Air Conditioning Units

Daikin launched their first compact unit in 1951 and have remained one of the world leaders in technology since then. Their umber one priority is to build a quality product that will not harm the Earth or those living on it.

Daikin uses Pulse Amplitude Production technology (PAM) to provide high power while offering energy efficiency. All of their air conditioners wear Energy Star labels and use only non-combustible, stable and long-lasting refrigerant.

Daikin is most well know for the following three air conditioners:

1. Daikin Split Hybrid FTYN60G-F Air Conditioner - The Intelligent Eye is the selling point that some consumers love while others constantly find themselves over-compensating for. When you sleep and it hasn't noticed any movement in the room, it increases the room temperature by two degrees. While most consumers appreciate the thoughtful energy savings, others say they wake up warm and have to turn it down before they go to sleep to make up for the difference. This unit directs cold air upward and warm air downward to maintain a maximum comfort level in the room at all times. It also keeps the air in your home pretty clean with its large flap control.

2. Daikin Split Inverter FTXS71G-FB Air Conditioner - Even on the hottest days, this Daikin air conditioner will keep your home as cool as you want it. It does also have the Intelligent Eye that you may not fall in love with but it can decrease your energy bill by 20 percent so it certainly may be worth getting use to. This Daikin air conditioner is a perfect unit for anyone with allergies, especially a sensitivity to mold. It is equipped with a fan-only option that runs inside the unit to dry out any moisture. This eliminates odors and mold from building up. While it is a powerful unit, it is also a little louder than other varieties as well.

3. Daikin Split Inverter FTXF35FS-F Air Conditioner - These air conditioners are a top pick for homes with asthma sufferers. They feature an advanced system that traps dust and absorbs bacteria and viruses, making the air in your home as clean as possible. However, you will need to clean the filter at least twice a year and replace it once every three years for it to work properly. This is one of the quietest Daikin air conditioning units. In fact, it is one of the quietest against other competitors in its class as well. Be prepared to spend a little time with the LCD remote control as it is a phenomenal wireless accessory but it is also a bit complex until you figure out how to work it.
