Portable air conditioners are exactly as the name suggests and indicates that they can easily be carried from one area to the other. They are usually mounted on wheels and you can change room as and when you wish, without any hassle. The cooling power of an air conditioner is measured in BTU (British Thermal Units) and represents the amount of cooling the conditioner can produce per unit of time.
